Rocket

A rocket is a vehicle that obtains thrust from the reaction of gases expelled from the rear of the vehicle. Rockets are commonly used in the aviation industry for space exploration, satellite launching, and military purposes. Rockets are propelled by the principle of action and reaction, which is based on Newton's third law of motion. The fuel and oxidizer are mixed and ignited in the combustion chamber, which produces hot gases that are expelled through the nozzle at the rear of the rocket. The force of the expelled gases propels the rocket forward. Rockets can be single-stage or multi-stage, and can be powered by solid or liquid propellants.
