Computer-based Training
Computer-based training (CBT) is a method of delivering training courses and materials via a computer or the internet. In aviation, CBT is commonly used for pilot and maintenance technician training. CBT allows for self-paced learning and can include interactive elements such as simulations and quizzes. It can also track progress and provide feedback to the learner. CBT can be cost-effective and efficient, as it eliminates the need for physical classrooms and instructors. However, it may not be suitable for all types of training and may require additional resources for development and maintenance.
