Dehumidify refers to the process of removing moisture or humidity from the air. In aviation, dehumidification is an important process to maintain the quality of the air inside the aircraft cabin. Excessive humidity inside the cabin can lead to discomfort for passengers and crew, as well as damage to the aircraft's interior. Dehumidification is achieved through the use of air conditioning systems that cool the air and remove moisture. The air is then reheated and returned to the cabin.
