Line Flying Under Supervision

Line Flying Under Supervision (LFUS) is a program designed to provide newly qualified commercial pilots with the opportunity to gain experience and build flight hours under the supervision of a qualified training captain. The LFUS program allows pilots to operate as a co-pilot on scheduled commercial flights, with the training captain providing guidance and support as required. The program typically lasts for a period of six months to a year, during which time the pilot will gain valuable experience in a real-world commercial aviation environment. The LFUS program is an important step in the career progression of many commercial pilots, and is often a requirement for entry-level positions with major airlines.
