Read Back Procedure

Read Back Procedure is a standard communication procedure used in aviation to ensure that the message received by the pilot is the same as the message transmitted by the air traffic controller. The procedure requires the pilot to repeat the air traffic controller's instructions or clearance verbatim, using the same words and numbers. The air traffic controller then confirms whether the read back is correct or not. This procedure is used to prevent misunderstandings and errors that could lead to accidents or incidents.
