Reservation Systems
Reservation Systems are computerized systems used to store and retrieve information and conduct transactions related to air travel. These systems allow airlines to manage their inventory of seats, flights, and fares, and enable travel agents and customers to search for and book flights, as well as make changes to existing reservations. Reservation Systems also provide real-time information on flight schedules, availability, and pricing, and can be integrated with other airline systems such as check-in and boarding. The most commonly used Reservation Systems in the aviation industry are Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport.
