STC Holder
STC (Supplemental Type Certificate) Holder is an individual or organization that holds the approval from the aviation regulatory authority to modify an aircraft's original design through the issuance of an STC. The STC holder is responsible for ensuring that the modified aircraft complies with all applicable airworthiness requirements and is safe to operate. The STC holder must also provide instructions for the installation of the modification and any necessary maintenance or operational procedures. The STC holder may be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), an aircraft operator, or a third-party organization.
