Trace Detectors
Trace detectors are devices used in aviation security to detect minute amounts of explosives or narcotics that may be present on a person or in their luggage. These detectors work by analyzing the air around the person or object being screened, and can detect particles as small as a few billionths of a gram. Trace detectors are commonly used in airports and other high-security areas to prevent the smuggling of dangerous materials onto airplanes. They are an important tool in ensuring the safety of air travel.
