Eurocontrol is an intergovernmental organization that manages air traffic control for the European airspace. It coordinates and plans air traffic control for all of Europe, ensuring that flights are safe, efficient, and on time. Eurocontrol also provides support to national air traffic control organizations, and works to improve air traffic management across the continent. It is responsible for developing and implementing new technologies and procedures to improve air traffic control, and for ensuring that all air traffic control systems are interoperable and compatible with each other.
