Functional Checks
Functional Checks refer to the procedures performed on an aircraft to ensure that all systems and components are operating correctly and safely. These checks are conducted before and after each flight, as well as during routine maintenance inspections. Functional checks involve a series of tests and verifications of various aircraft systems, including the engines, avionics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and flight controls. The results of these checks are recorded in the aircraft's maintenance logbook, and any discrepancies or issues are addressed and resolved before the aircraft is cleared for flight.
