G-force
G-force, or gravitational force, is a measurement of the force exerted on an object by gravity. In aviation, G-force is used to describe the force that acts on a pilot or passenger during flight. During flight, the aircraft is subject to various forces, including lift, weight, thrust, and drag. These forces can cause the aircraft to accelerate or decelerate, and can also cause the pilot or passengers to experience G-forces. High G-forces can cause a person to lose consciousness or experience other physiological effects. Pilots are trained to withstand high G-forces and to use techniques such as anti-G suits to prevent these effects.
