General Declaration

In aviation, a General Declaration is a document that contains information about the flight, crew, passengers, and cargo on board an aircraft. It is required by customs and immigration authorities of the destination country and is usually submitted by the pilot or the airline's representative. The General Declaration includes details such as the flight number, date and time of departure and arrival, the names and nationalities of the crew and passengers, the type and quantity of cargo, and the purpose of the flight.
