Ground Operation Procedure


Ground Operation Procedure refers to the set of rules and guidelines that must be followed by ground personnel during aircraft operations on the ground. These procedures include aircraft marshalling, aircraft towing, aircraft refueling, passenger boarding and deboarding, cargo loading and unloading, and other activities that take place on the ground.
