Passports

Passports are official government documents that are issued to citizens of a country, which certify the identity and nationality of the holder for the purpose of international travel. In aviation context, passports are required for all international flights and are checked by airline personnel before boarding. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry into a foreign country. Additionally, some countries may require a visa in addition to a passport for entry.
