SAFA Program
The Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircraft (SAFA) Program is a European Union initiative that aims to improve aviation safety by conducting ramp inspections on foreign aircraft landing at EU airports. The inspections are carried out by national aviation authorities and cover various aspects of aircraft safety, including airworthiness, crew licensing, and operational procedures. The SAFA Program also provides a platform for sharing safety information and best practices among participating countries and airlines.
