UV Radiation

In aviation, exposure to UV radiation is a concern for pilots and cabin crew due to the increased levels of radiation at high altitudes. Prolonged exposure to UV radiation can cause skin damage, eye damage, and even skin cancer. Therefore, it is important for aviation personnel to take necessary precautions such as wearing protective clothing, applying sunscreen, and using UV-blocking eyewear to minimize the risk of UV radiation exposure.
