Wingtip
A wingtip is the outermost part of the wing of an aircraft. It is the part of the wing that is most distant from the fuselage. The wingtip is designed to reduce drag and improve aerodynamic efficiency. It does this by reducing the size of the wingtip vortex, which is created by the difference in air pressure between the upper and lower surfaces of the wing. Wingtips can take many different shapes, including rounded, square, and angled. Some wingtips also include devices such as winglets, which further improve aerodynamic efficiency by reducing drag and increasing lift.
