Center Of Gravity

In aviation, the center of gravity (CG) refers to the point on an aircraft where all weight is considered to be concentrated. It is the average location of the weight of an aircraft, and it is important to ensure that the CG remains within certain limits for safe and efficient flight. The CG affects the stability and control of the aircraft, and it is calculated based on the weight and balance of the aircraft. If the CG is too far forward, the aircraft may be difficult to pitch up, while if it is too far back, the aircraft may be difficult to pitch down. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain the CG within the specified range for each aircraft type and loading condition.
