Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)


The Federal aviation administration (FAA) is a national aviation authority of the United States responsible for regulating all aspects of civil aviation in the country. The FAA's primary mission is to ensure the safety and efficiency of the U.S. aviation system, including the operation and development of airports, air traffic control, and the certification of pilots, aircraft, and other aviation-related personnel and products. The FAA also conducts research and development to improve aviation safety and environmental sustainability, and provides grants and funding to support airport infrastructure projects and other aviation-related initiatives.
