Gate Agent
A gate agent is an airline representative who is responsible for managing the boarding process of passengers at the gate. They ensure that passengers have the correct boarding passes, check their identification, and manage the boarding of the aircraft. Gate agents also handle any issues that may arise during the boarding process, such as rebooking passengers or resolving seating disputes. They are responsible for ensuring that the aircraft departs on time and that all passengers are safely on board. Gate agents are the primary point of contact for passengers at the gate and are responsible for providing excellent customer service.
