Lease Agreement
A lease agreement in aviation is a contract between the owner of an aircraft (lessor) and the person or company leasing the aircraft (lessee). The lease agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the lease, including the duration of the lease, the payment schedule, the permitted use of the aircraft, and the responsibilities of both parties. The lease agreement may also include provisions for maintenance, insurance, and other operational costs. In some cases, the lease agreement may also include an option for the lessee to purchase the aircraft at the end of the lease term.
