Maximum Ramp Weight

Maximum Ramp Weight is the maximum weight authorized for an aircraft when it is parked on the ramp or taxiway, including all usable fuel, oil, and other fluids necessary for operation and all crew, passengers, and cargo. It is the maximum weight that an aircraft can weigh before it begins its taxi for takeoff. Exceeding the maximum ramp weight can cause damage to the aircraft and compromise its safety during takeoff.
