Pre-employment Testing

Pre-employment testing is a process of evaluating the skills, knowledge, abilities, and personality traits of potential employees before they are hired. In aviation, pre-employment testing is used to assess the cognitive abilities, technical skills, and personality traits of pilots, air traffic controllers, and other aviation professionals. The tests may include aptitude tests, personality tests, medical examinations, drug and alcohol screenings, and background checks. The purpose of pre-employment testing is to ensure that the candidates have the necessary skills and attributes to perform their job safely and effectively, and to reduce the risk of accidents and incidents caused by human error.
