Reasonable Suspicion Testing
Reasonable Suspicion Testing is a drug and alcohol test that is conducted on employees who are suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol while on duty. This test is conducted when a supervisor or manager observes behavior or physical symptoms that suggest drug or alcohol use. The behavior or symptoms must be specific, articulable, and contemporaneous with the observation.
