Supply And Demand

In aviation, supply and demand refers to the relationship between the number of available seats on a flight (supply) and the number of passengers who want to travel on that flight (demand). Airlines use sophisticated algorithms to predict demand for each flight and adjust the supply of seats accordingly. This helps them to maximize revenue by filling as many seats as possible without overbooking. Factors that can affect supply and demand in aviation include seasonality, route popularity, competition, and external events such as natural disasters or pandemics.
