Travel Documents
Travel documents are official papers issued by a government or international organization that allow a person to travel outside their country of origin. In aviation context, travel documents include passports, visas, and other forms of identification that are required for international travel. Passports are the most common travel document and are issued by a person's home country. Visas are issued by the country being visited and grant permission for entry.
