Air Data Computer

An Air Data Computer (ADC) is an essential avionics component that measures various air data parameters such as airspeed, altitude, and outside air temperature using various sensors and probes. It then processes this information and provides accurate and reliable data to other avionics systems such as the autopilot, flight director, and flight management system. The ADC is responsible for calculating critical flight parameters such as true airspeed, Mach number, altitude, vertical speed, and air temperature. It also provides inputs to the aircraft's stall warning system and overspeed warning system. The ADC plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of flight operations.
