Airworthiness Standards

Airworthiness Standards are a set of regulations and requirements that an aircraft must meet in order to be considered safe to fly. These standards cover all aspects of an aircraft's design, construction, maintenance, and operation, and are established by aviation authorities such as the Federal aviation administration (FAA) in the United States. Airworthiness Standards ensure that an aircraft is structurally sound, its systems are reliable, and its performance is predictable and consistent. Compliance with these standards is mandatory for all aircraft, and failure to meet them can result in grounding of the aircraft until the necessary repairs or modifications are made.
