Instructor
An instructor is a person who provides training and guidance to pilots in order to help them acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to operate an aircraft safely and efficiently. Instructors may work for flight schools, airlines, or other aviation organizations, and they are responsible for teaching pilots how to fly, navigate, communicate, and perform emergency procedures. They must have extensive knowledge of aviation regulations, procedures, and safety practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Instructors may also be responsible for evaluating the performance of pilots and providing feedback to help them improve their skills.
