Lean Management
Lean Management is a systematic approach to identifying and eliminating waste (non-value-added activities) through continuous improvement by flowing the product or service at the pull of the customer in pursuit of perfection. In aviation, Lean Management is used to optimize processes and reduce waste in areas such as aircraft maintenance, ground handling, and supply chain management. It involves the use of tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, and Kaizen events to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase safety.
