Loading Ramp
A loading ramp is a movable inclined platform used for loading and unloading goods or passengers from an aircraft. It is typically positioned at the rear of the aircraft and can be raised or lowered to match the height of the aircraft's cargo hold or passenger cabin. Loading ramps are commonly used in commercial aviation to facilitate the efficient and safe movement of cargo and passengers onto and off of the aircraft. They are designed to support heavy loads and are often equipped with safety features such as guardrails and non-slip surfaces to prevent accidents. In addition, loading ramps may be operated manually or powered by hydraulic or electric systems.
