Safe Approach
Safe Approach is a critical phase of flight that begins when the aircraft is established on the final approach course and ends when the aircraft comes to a complete stop. During this phase, the pilot must ensure that the aircraft is stabilized on the correct approach path, at the correct speed, and in the correct configuration. The pilot must also be aware of the surrounding terrain, weather conditions, and other traffic in the vicinity. Any deviation from the stabilized approach criteria requires a go-around. Safe Approach is essential for the safety of the aircraft, passengers, and crew.
