Shoulder Harnesses
Shoulder harnesses are safety devices that are used to secure the upper body of an occupant in an aircraft seat. They consist of straps that are worn over the shoulders and across the chest, and are designed to prevent the occupant from being thrown forward in the event of sudden deceleration or impact. Shoulder harnesses are an important safety feature in aviation, as they can help to prevent serious injuries or fatalities in the event of an accident. They are required by law in many countries for certain types of aircraft, and are recommended for all aircraft.
