It can be manned or unmanned and can be used for a variety of purposes such as scientific research, communication, navigation, weather forecasting, and military surveillance. Spacecraft can be launched into space using rockets or other launch vehicles and can travel to different celestial bodies such as planets, moons, asteroids, and comets. They are equipped with various instruments and systems such as propulsion systems, communication systems, power systems, and life support systems to enable them to function in the harsh environment of space.
