Structural Analysis
Structural Analysis is the process of analyzing the behavior of a structure under different loads and conditions. In aviation, it is used to ensure that aircraft structures are designed and built to withstand the stresses and strains of flight, including turbulence, takeoff and landing forces, and the weight of the aircraft itself. Structural analysis involves the use of mathematical models and computer simulations to predict how a structure will behave under different conditions, and to identify any potential weaknesses or areas of concern. This information is used to inform the design and construction of aircraft structures, and to ensure that they meet the necessary safety standards and regulations.
