Takeoff And Landing
Takeoff and landing are the two most critical phases of flight. Takeoff is the phase of flight in which an aircraft goes through a transition from being stationary on the ground to moving through the air. During takeoff, the aircraft accelerates down the runway until it reaches a speed that allows it to become airborne. Landing is the phase of flight in which an aircraft descends from the sky to the ground and comes to a stop. During landing, the aircraft must be properly aligned with the runway and descend at a safe rate of speed to avoid a hard landing or overshooting the runway.
