It includes the primary flight instruments, such as the altimeter, airspeed indicator, and attitude indicator, as well as the engine instruments, navigation instruments, and communication equipment. The cockpit control system also includes the flight management system, which allows the pilot to input the flight plan and monitor the progress of the flight. The cockpit control system is designed to provide the pilot with all the information necessary to safely operate the aircraft in all phases of flight.
