Level Flight

Level flight is a state in which an aircraft is flying parallel to the earth's surface without any change in altitude. In level flight, the lift generated by the wings is equal to the weight of the aircraft, and the thrust produced by the engines is equal to the drag. The aircraft maintains a constant speed and altitude, and the attitude of the aircraft remains constant. Level flight is an important concept in aviation as it is the basis for many flight maneuvers and is used as a reference for navigation and instrument flying.
