Low-light Conditions

Low-light conditions refer to situations where the level of ambient light is insufficient for normal human vision. In aviation, low-light conditions can occur during night flights, in adverse weather conditions such as fog, or in areas with poor visibility. Pilots must be trained to operate aircraft in low-light conditions and must use specialized equipment such as night-vision goggles to enhance their vision. Additionally, aircraft must be equipped with lighting systems that meet specific requirements to ensure safe operation in low-light conditions.
