Vertical Takeoff And Landing Aircraft
Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) Aircraft are aircraft that are capable of taking off, hovering, and landing vertically without the need for a runway. These aircraft are designed to operate in areas where traditional runway operations are not possible or practical. VTOL aircraft can be powered by jet engines, electric motors, or a combination of both. They are used for a variety of purposes, including military operations, search and rescue missions, and commercial transportation. Some examples of VTOL aircraft include helicopters, tiltrotors, and drones.
