Radar System
A radar system is an electronic device that uses radio waves to detect, locate, and track objects such as aircraft, ships, and weather formations. The system works by transmitting a radio signal and then receiving the signal that bounces back off the object. The time it takes for the signal to return is used to calculate the distance to the object. The radar system can also determine the object's speed and direction of movement. Radar systems are used extensively in aviation for air traffic control, weather monitoring, and collision avoidance. They are also used by military aircraft for surveillance and targeting.
