Regulatory Agencies

Regulatory agencies are government bodies responsible for overseeing and enforcing regulations and standards within a particular industry. In aviation, regulatory agencies such as the Federal aviation administration (FAA) in the United States, the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) in Europe, and the Civil aviation Administration of China (CAAC) in China, are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of air travel. These agencies establish and enforce regulations related to aircraft design, maintenance, and operation, as well as air traffic control and pilot licensing. They also conduct inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with regulations and take enforcement actions when necessary.
