Yoke

In aviation, a yoke refers to the control column in the cockpit of an aircraft. It is a device used by the pilot to control the attitude and direction of the aircraft. The yoke is typically a wheel-shaped device that is connected to the control surfaces of the aircraft, such as the ailerons and elevator. By moving the yoke forward or backward, the pilot can control the pitch of the aircraft, while moving it left or right controls the roll. The yoke may also have buttons or switches that control other functions of the aircraft, such as the landing gear or flaps.
